- Beginner Coed Volleyball Camp (Grades 6-8)

John Carroll Coed Beginner Volleyball Camp is designed for beginner volleyball players, no experience is necessary. We will spend the week learning the basic skills and having tons of fun!
Location: Upper Gym
Camp 1: July 18 - July 22 (Monday - Friday, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.)
Camp 2: July 18 - July 22 (Monday - Friday, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.)

- Intermediate Coed Volleyball Camp (Grades 6-8)

John Carroll Coed Intermediate Volleyball Camp is designed for intermediate volleyball players. It is expected that each camper has some middle school or club volleyball experience. We will spend the week learning and developing the skills necessary to succeed in high school volleyball and having tons of fun!

- Elite Coed Volleyball Camp (Grades 9-12)

John Carroll Coed Elite Volleyball Camp is designed for current JC volleyball players. We will work on individual skill development to give players the best chance to elevate from Fresh/Soph or JV to the Varisty level or to compete for starting positions.

Camp 1: July 25 - July 29 (Monday - Friday, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.)

- Softball Camp (Grades 2-8)

Camp will provide instruction on learning the basic fundamentals of playing fastpitch softball. The focus will be on offensive and defensive skills such as hitting, throwing, fielding and base running. Campers with all skill levels are welcome. Campers will receive instruction from John Carroll Head Softball Coach Sherry Hudson, with assistant coaches Michelle Waugh and Erica James, and student-athletes from the 2022 Team.

- John Carroll Girls Basketball Camp (Grades 4-8)

Join Coach Holly Ismail and her staff and players for a week of camp focused on fundamental teaching including footwork, passing, shooting, finishing, and much more. There will be plenty of competitions and games throughout the week. Girls will receive a t-shirt and an evaluation by the coaching staff. We are all Champions in the Making... Come have fun and grow with us! Lunch to be brought each day by campers. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during our breaks.

- Baseball Skills and Drills for Middle Schoolers

Grades 6-8 or anyone currently plays on a 90-ft diamond. The one-week baseball camp is specifically designed for the middle school camper. You will learn fundamentals while competing and training. Drills will focus on playing the game the right way and each day will end with a competitive game when campers will be able to show off what they have learned.

- Little Patriots Baseball Camp (Ages 7-11)

This baseball camp is specifically designed for young campers. John Carroll's Varsity Baseball Coach will teach the fundamentals while focusing on having fun. Morning drills will focus on playing the game the right way and each day will end with a competitive game where campers will be able to show off what they learned.

At Seth Goldberg's Basketball Camp, our mission is to teach campers the necessary skills through Focused Instruction & Individual Attention to strive for daily improvement and focus on what is within their control in a fun and challenging environment and build meaningful relationships to become something bigger than themselves. - JC Field Hockey Camp (Grades 1-8)

Come learn from JC's field hockey staff, current players, and past JC players. We will focus on fundamental skills while learning some new ones along the way. This is a chance for beginner field hockey players to learn the game and for more advanced players to improve their skills. You will be grouped by age and level of experience.

- Girls Elite Soccer Camp (Grades 7-11)

John Carroll's Elite Soccer Camp provides players the opportunity to develop their individual skills and fitness level. The camp will be led by Patriot's Varsity Coach, Hayley Howe. Assisting Coach Howe will be other coaches and alumni of the girls' soccer program. Activities will focus on key elements of the game including first touch, ball control, attacking open space, passing accuracy, finishing, and strength and conditioning. Each player will need to bring her own soccer ball, cleats, sneakers, and water.
Location: Gerry Gray Memorial Stadium

- Strength and Conditioning (Grades 8-9 & Grades 10 - Graduated Seniors)

Current & Recently Graduated JC Students:
This 4-week strength and conditioning program is designed to give our current John Carroll athletes a structured and individualized training program to enhance power, speed, strength, and resilience through advanced sports performance principles. The program style will closely resemble a college weight room would be like and utilizing TeamBuildr to optimize each individual's training.
Rising 8th and 9th Graders:
This strength and conditioning program is designed to teach and introduce athletes to proper weight room safety and performance. During these 4 weeks, we will cover proper form and technique with some of the major lifts that student athletes will be exposed to at the high school level and how to stay safe during these lifts and how they can positively affect performance for their sport. This is open to all athletes in all sports!

Session 1: Grades 10 and older: July 5 - July 29 (Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.)
Session 2: Grades 8 - 9: July 5 - July 29 (Monday - Thursday, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.)
